As you probably know, to activate the Zorua and Zoroark events you have to get your Legendary Beasts and/or Celebi from your Gen IV game to your shiny new Gen V game. One way of doing that is through the Pokétransfer building once you've finished the game, but this WILL NOT make the events work. There is a faster way to transfer ONLY these Pokémon, and with all their event powers working, as you can access it almost as soon as you're in Castelia City. In order to make the events work, you must:

  1. Go to Castelia City
  2. Go to the path right at the back, behind the fountain area
  3. Go into the building on the left and go up the elevator
  4. Talk to the scientist there, and he will ask for a password
  5. The first part of the password is "EVERYONE HAPPY"
  6. The second part is "SIMPLE CONNECTION"
  7. Once you have entered those password in, a new option will appear at the bottom of the Main Menu called "Relocator"
  8. On a second DS, start up your Gen IV game and make sure that Entei/Raikou/Suicune/Celebi are in your PC with NO HM moves
  9. Save your Gen IV game and restart your DS
  10. On your Gen IV DS, go to DS Download Play
  11. On the Gen V DS, start the relocator and follow the on-screen instructions
  12. Your event legendaries are now on B/W, with all event capabilities in-tact!

Now... As for how to activate the events now that your Pokémon are in Unova? I'll let you figure that out...

Yes, you can do it pretty much as soon as you get to Castelia City (that one with the skyscrapers)

Nice thanks Nin.

I would love to have Zoroark and Zorua before I defeated the Elite Four the first time.

I read two days ago,and I was actually surprised. I always thought it was the normal PokéShifter method. Good to know that.

Just a quick note: using a Celebi/legendary dog that was transferred to one game this way but then traded to another game does not mean the event works. I traded my Celebi to my girlfriend's game after I got my Zorua since she couldn't get her Celebi on there yet and she wasn't able to do the event. Guess it is ID specific as well.

Question: does this work with all pokemon, or just the event legendaries?

Only the event legendaries - Entei, Raikou, Suicune and Celebi from the past couple of months can be transferred, as can the Lock Capsule, which is yet to be distributed. If you want to transfer other Pokémon you'll have to use the PokéTransfer program after you become the Champion.

The events DO work if you trade them, but they will only work ONCE per Pokémon. You can't use Celebi to get the Zorua on two different games, but you can migrate two Celebi to one game and transfer one of them without doing the event first.

Really? You can only use this method? I did a Poketransfer (for my Platinum Shiny Entei) and went to Lostlorn Forest (with Entei in my party) and it triggered the Zoroark event. I didn't get Celebi, so I breed my Zoroark with a male Liepard to get Zorua. :3
