I found something interesting out after doing the

Post-game bit
ruins diving (in which you can drown if you make too many steps) and selling of artifacts.

You can now have over a million Poké. I honestly have no idea what you could spend it all on unless you're buying vitamins en masse!

I'm assuminig the new maximum is 9,999,999P.

Wow! So do they want to convey that Americans are richer than Japanese? But who cares anyway! As you said Cat, now I can get a lot of vitamins without worrying about having no money. In Platinum, I had 999,999 and they all went to 0 due to vitamins.

I've known this for a while. I have, like, 1,400,000 Poke right now. XD

Oh well. It doesn't really affect things much, but whatever.

Well, having a higher maximum value is better for people (namely competitive battlers) who need to buy dozens of vitamins at once. However, I can't think of any other benefit than that. xD

Usually I will reach 999,999 probably 3 or 4 times on any given game, and don't really want to spend it. So I'm pleased xD

If only I could hit the maximum in Platinum. Yep, I fail. XD

Heh, I haven't reached the maximum money limit much on any of my games. It's nice to know that you can now (presumably) carry over ten times as much now! (I can also get a bike without a voucher!)

Well, I think I saw somewhere that TM's are MUCH more expensive now. As for what's in the spoiler box... isn't that a little... I don't know... harsh? I mean, what are the consequences of that happening? Is it just like if you mess up you lose everything and it was like it never happened?

Yeah, I think TMs are in the 50,000-100,000 P range the last time I went looking for them. They are infinite use now, though.

Programmer's note: 9,999,999 makes more sense as a maximum because it is a little lower than an exponential of 256 (which is the maximum 8-bit number). 256³ is 16,777,216.

Holy shizzle. I just noticed this now. It's going to be REALLY tough buying all the TMs, but considering the infinite usage, I guess it will be worth it.

Or you could just find a guy that gives you a bike voucher.

I never knew you could exceed 999,999 P in Black/White. This is very useful and interesting.

You're brilliant. I'm going to save up every poke in b/w and not spend a dime. On that thought, where's the amulet coin? Or is there?

Hmmm 1 million poke dollars! and the infinite tms usage sounds good. Now i dont have to worry about trading for tms alot now, but will every single tm be infinite usage?

This hardly affects me with Vitamins for EV training though. I prefer just AR'ing my money once I'm done with the game and maxing out my cash so I can stock up on them for faster training.

So, I just need to use an AR once and then I'm done with it.

You can get it really easily by finding and battling the individual dancers located in Castelia City. So you can even get in early on, just find the three green dancers and they will give you the amulet coin.
