Similar to the "Journey Across America" tours Nintendo used to hold, where Event Items could be transfered to the GBA games, a tour promoting Pokemon Black and White is to be held between February and March in malls across America. Not only will these tours feature early playable demos of Pokemon Black and White, scavenger hunts, purchasable Pokemon merchandise, contests, and prizes, but a free screening of the new Pokemon movie, "Master of Illusions:Zoroark" will be shown in the theaters of the malls which act as tour stops. This would make Master of Illusions:Zoroark the first Pokemon movie to be viewable in a North American theater since Pokemon Heroes in May of 2003, 8 years ago!

The tour will encompass 14 cities, beginning on the 5th of February and ending on March 20th. The cities and their respective tour dates are as follows:

February 5th-6th
Seattle, WA (Westfield Southcenter, Seattle, WA)
Cleveland, OH (Westfield SouthPark, Strongsville, OH)

February 12th-13th
San Jose, CA (Westfield Oakridge, San Jose, CA)
Memphis, TN (Wolfchase Galleria, Memphis, TN)

February 19th-20th
Los Angeles, CA (Westfield Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA)
Indianapolis, IN (Castleton Square, Indianapolis, IN)

February 26th-27th
Denver, CO (Town Center at Aurora, Aurora, CO)
Philadelphia, PA (Franklin Mills, Philadelphia, PA)

March 5th-6th
New York, NY (Westfield Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ) (Actually Friday and Saturday, March 4th and 5th)
Minneapolis, MN (Mall of America®, Bloomington, MN)

March 12th-13th
Dallas, TX (Grapevine Mills, Grapevine, TX)
Atlanta, GA (Discover Mills, Lawrenceville, GA)

March 19th-20th
Phoenix, AZ (Arizona Mills, Tempe, AZ)
Jacksonville, FL (Orange Park Mall, Orange Park, FL)

Oh for the love of Arceus, the movie is in "theaters" but none within Nevada. JUST RELEASE IT IN ALL THEATERS ALREADY!

And, as per usual, Kansas is nowhere in the lineup. *Shrugs* Not like would've gone anyway. I have a... thing... about movie theaters. I would have liked to have played the demos, though.

I'm seriously half-tempted to go to the one in Los Angeles and bring Yoshi, GreenMan, and maybe Lite with me.

Aura that'd be like taking a whole HUGE detour.

I sure hope my mom agrees to this. I'm so lucky this is a mom's weekend though. <33333333

If you lived nearby, sure, but it'd probably take longer than the event lasts to drive all the way up into Canada and back. (My dad and I were planning a trip last year that would have been to Glacier National Park, which has half of it in Canada, so just getting to and from Canada alone will take about 30-40 hours.)

xD Yeah, I know. Wouldn't actually expect you to drive out to Canada. Would be an interesting premise for a movie in itself, though

Cat's Canadian Adventure: The Movie. Coming soon to a Victory Road near you.

Given that they said the Zoroark movie would premiere on Cartoon Network, I'm still a little confused. Too bad they won't keep it in theaters, though.

Not that I am allowed to participate in your American-Canadian speech since I live very far far away, but I am happy that with this demo, we will be able to know more English names for the Pokémon and the cities/towns. That is exciting.

Milking the cash cow all the way!

Seriously though, I'm really glad that they're satisfying their huge fans with such interactive events. This also means that more English names will be revealed, so I'm starting to feel pretty excited. For the members who are going, I hope that you will have fun over there.

That's it, I am so bugging my mom to take me to Atlanta. And it will be glorious.

I haven't felt this excited since my first gameboy when I was 7.

Tell me about it. This is exactly the reason I hate living in landlocked Missouri. I'm not too fussed about it since there's, what, 37 states in total that aren't getting even a single tour, but the lack of Midwestern events is a bit frustrating. Heck, even Chicago's missing out on this one.

I'd try to go to the one in Indianapolis, but 8/9 hours is a pretty long drive, and I don't know if it'd be that worth it...
