I got into Mega Man pretty late. The first MM game I ever got was Battle Network 5 Team ProtoMan (got it from a friend), but I promptly lost it I rediscovered the series with Mega Man Star Force 2. Then I found out about all the older series, and I got them on emulator. I can officialy say that Mega Man X is my favorite MM game. I have MM1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, MMX, X2, X3, and Legends on emulator, and I have all three Star Force installments (MMSF Leo, MMSF2 Zerker x Saurian, and MMSF3 Red Joker).

Megaman 9. I knew they were hard, but some of MM9 is ridiculous! Then I got MM2, but I haven't played that much...

Megaman IV or something. It was for either the SNES or NES. I forget, it was so long ago.

I think my first was MM3. I enjoy all of them.
MM5 is my least favorite. Nothing I can think of stands out about this game.
MM8 is my most favorite. Seeing this game as kid made me sooo happy. The cartoony look stands out the most.

Same, and that was in 1994. I followed shortly with X2 (rented numerous times), X3 (got for my birthday), and X4 (Christmas 1999). After X4 I lost interest in that series but I still like 1-10.

BN3 and BN4. Loved BN3 but hated BN4. ESPECIALLY THE LAST STAGE. >_>

Megaman X2.

I've played every Megaman game since, and failed miserably at all of them. Well, I haven't played the newest one yet, I haven't had the opportunity, but I'm sure I'll suck at it too.

Mega Man 2. I fell in love at the age of two or three. Got 5 and 6 shortly after.

My first Mega Man game was the original one.

I still hate how spikes ignore invincibility in that one... And those platforms from Guts Man's stage...

Yep, those platforms just dropped you like a sack of potatoes, didn't they?

MM1 on the Virtual Console(or at least the first one not on a in-browser emulator website and I actually spent more than 5 mins playing it).
Then continued to buy 2, 3, 9, and 10. Know what sucks? Having 400 points and I heard 4 came out. :C

My first MM game was either 8 or X4.

I had both when I was very young.
Although X4 is very short, it is still fun to do a 100% speed run of it. (My current record is 2 hours!)

I love MM1 2 and 3(Who doesn't?)
MM2 was my first and fav. It had great Masters, levels, music, stages, fans, fan-songs, and memes. Even Ripoff games like Rockman 2 NETA and MM2 Ultra were awesome and kept the MM2 fandom going.

When I was like 10, that stage was impossible. Now, i fly through it with ease. (Check Mega Manathon thread.)

Megaman Starforce (the first one) was my first Megaman game, though I recently discovered a cartridge of Megaman 2 in the attic, AND IT STILL WORKS!!!!! Though a glitch in the cartridge makes the background in Quickmans stage blue instead of red, it may just be my TV that is making it that way, I gotta check it again.......

I'm looking for the Megaman Anniversary Collection currently, because I want to play through the first eight games on console (Megaman 2 and 3 glitch up a lot on my emulator, especially when you get to the Wily Stages), then I will download Megaman 9 and 10 on Wiiware (as soon as I figure out how to get internet on my Wii, as this area seems to have no Wi-Fi connection at all), cause I'm NOT downloading ROMs of them. And I am most definetly not using eBay, as when it comes to video games, eBay is filled to the brim with bootlegs.......
