I am Heart's Soul. I compose music for video games (and for fun), I also make graphics, programming, financing, pretty much everything. Never once have I had a program have a bug that I couldn't fix.

What do I use? FL Studio for composing (noob-friendly programs = good), Adobe Photoshop for spriting (about 3 years with it, so I have a good feeling with it), and Microsoft Visual Studio for programming. That's all you really need.

I just joined here to find a good Pokemon forum, as I'm a fan. I'm also on PC, but not as active anymore.

I have never been more confuse by a thread title in all my life. 8(
