In your opinion, what do you think is the funniest moment of all in the anime?

I would say it is when Team Rocket catches the Totodial from Elm's Lab, then Jessie and Meowth fight over who tell the Boss the news; only for James to walk slowly over to the phone then ask what the Boss's area code is, lol

It was from the first season. I think it was an episode where they were at a Power Plant.

It was the first season, the episode`s dub name was "Sparks Fly for Magnemite!". They all head to Gringy City, which is having a power outage due to a group of Grimer and a Muk clogging up the turbines of the Power Plant. Ash battles the leader, which is the Muk, in the control room, and catches it (this is the same Muk he`s used in the anime, so basically capturing Muk is the only important part of the episode-it later proves to be the only Pokemon of his able to defeat Bellsprout in the League). He instantly sends the Poke Ball to Prof. Oak, since the smell leaks out through the Poke Ball, and Prof. Oak yells to the skies when he lets it out, asking why Ash would send him a Muk.

Oh, THAT episode. I've been trying to find out what episode that was literally YEARS.

The moment when Team Rocket switched bodies in pokemon ranger temple of the sea was pretty funny.

Also this 4kids added line from Jirachi Wishmaker.

Meowth: "See that?"
Jessie: "Do you think I'm blind?"
James: "That would explain the hair."

I haven't watched much of the anime, but I remember the Pikachu and ketchup incident...lol, poor Pikachu! His dreams of sweet ketchup licking were ruined by a nasty Scyther :/

first Pokemon season: When Ash and the gang encounered mankey who evolved into Primeape. I remember dying laughing as Brock was sent sailing when he looked into Primeape's eyes. I also remember laughing at the beginning of charmander encounter episode when Brock said there was a bug on Misty... she screamed, but when come to find out it was a piece of grass, he laughed just to get a horizontal foot straight into his face. He ended up with an imprint of Misty's shoe on his face.
