Yes, finally after a long while a Mario Party game on VC! I've only play Mario Party 1 on N64 and loved it. I must play this as well then! Discuss.

They're all virtually the same thing, gameplay-wise anyway. Aside from the awesome single-player mode in the first game and the dueling mini-games in the third, I honestly can't imagine why anybody would prefer to play one of the older ones.

Perhaps because of amazing mini-games like Bumper Balls and Skateboard Scamper. I don't much care for the later Mario Parties, but I'll play Mario Party 1 with friends ANY day.
