As for me, I prefer to use AVG because I'm cheap and don't want to pay to make sure my computer doesn't get completely screwed over by some a****** who finds joy by wrecking people's computers.

Thankfully, that hasn't happened yet, and I hope it doesn't ever happen.

So, what do you people use?

I use Kaspersky Internet Security. It's not very expensive, and as far as I've seen, it protects my computer against viruses quite well.

For my desktop I have McAfee Security Center, Ad-Aware, and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. For my netbook, since it is running Linux I really don't need to worry about viruses, but I still have Klam AV on it just in case.

Same as Yoshi- I use McAfee. I used to use Norton because that's what Yahoo! provided as an ISP, but AT&T provides McAfee and my dad also put that on my computer.

Norton 360, but I had a virus scan from McAfee because that's what comes with Flash Player.

...Which apparently Flash doesn't work on this computer for some reason... >_>

Microsoft Security Essentials. I used Norton before, but then it totally crapped out on me, then I got that nasty HDD virus scanner scam. Cat and JAD both recommended it to me and it seems to have worked so: Yay <3

No one has said Symantec Endpoint Protection yet. My dad pretty much makes every computer in the house dual-partition, and then he installs Endpoint on all of them.

Sounds like your dad is working for the gov't. Anyway, I gave up MSE just earlier because I found its performance impact on certain situations aswell as non-controllable auto updates undesirable. I still use the Avira/COMODO combo. Also, I've used SEP. I didn't like a few things about it in the end.

My computer, which is a crap, has ESNET. I am not really bothered with it since I want this computer to crush down so that I can get a laptop.
