Well, Seeing that Competitive Battling is rising In popularity, I thought I could Make A forum To show What pokemon You use, your highest win streak and the like. No B&W because there's a team forum on that. Anyways Happy Typing

You know, your thread title sounds something I've never seen on this site, but you post looks like this board.

Ok, you might need to make that more clear on your first post.

Dood, its CALLED Battle Tower Team Ideas, how much clearer can one get? XD

Anyway, my team got me to battle 73 in the Arcade and 68 in the Tower, and has done me well in the past:

Salamence
Nature: Naive
EVs 232 Atk, 24 SpA, 252 Spe
@Focus Sash
Moveset:
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Brick Break

The lead, meant to scout things out and ruin physical attackers. The Sash may seem odd, but entry hazards and weather are rare so getting off two hits really is beneficial. The moves take out most anything, while Brick Break exists solely to deal with Tyranitar. Sometimes I switch it out with Stone Edge.

Milotic
Nature: Bold
EVs: 148 HP, 252 Def, 108 SpA
@Leftovers
Moveset:
-Surf
-Toxic
-Ice Beam
-Recover

This one is the backbone of the team! Boasting great typing and amazing defenses, Milotic can easily Toxic foes and Recover in their faces while restoring massive amounts of HP. Surf and Ice Beam allow for great coverage, when Milotic has to attack. This set is not countered by much. Really only hax, OHKO moves, or full-blown physical attackers. Guts can also be a problem, making Machamp an issue.

Scizor
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 32 HP, 252 Atk, 224 Spe
@Lum Berry
Moveset:
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break/ Substitute
-Swords Dance
-Roost

This is a nice one! I usually use it with a different Frontier team, but it can do well enough with these two. The strategy is just to Swords Dance like mad on foes that rely on haxing or stalling to win (of which there are many) and then just ripping through the foe's team with Bullet Punch, Roosting when necessary. Brick Break and Substitute are both good moves. One lets me hit Steel-types, while the other shields me from status and weaker moves. Both of them work fantastically though.

So that's my team, try it out if you want!

^This.
When someone says "Battle Tower", I do not think of "competitive battling." I think of in-game teams/Pokémon taking on hordes of opponent Pokémon.

I wouldn't use a competitive team just for battle tower.

Awsome D'ding 'Mence.

Heracross-Horns Hurt
Item- Salac Berry- Evs- Attack, Duh
Moves:
Megahorn
Stone Edge
Reversal
Endure
Saved me a ton of times.
And I said
"Well, Seeing that Competitive Battling is rising In popularity" I said this to make a point

I`ve been shifting sets on your pokes, and Rest rather than Recover on Milotic worked for me(Evs in Sp.Def+Marvel Scale)Scizor and Salamence worked perfectly for me.For your Tyranitar problem, I switched Salamence for Scizor, since(surprisingly) I`ve seen Scarf variants.Good team,BTW.I would reccomend this.75+win streak.
