Uhh... Well, it really depends how far you are into the game. If you're past the Elite Four, you can battle them repeatedly for experience, or if you're before them you could do a lot of grinding in Victory Road, or call trainers for rematches.

Yeah it kinda depends at at level your at... normally you just want to train at the latest spot you have reached, so that you are fighting high-level Pokemon.

Also, remember the rule of question marks: "It's one or none!"

Same goes for smilies.

Definitly the Elite4, just keep repeatedly going through there and you Pokemon will be at high levels in no time!
