Generation Five Pokémon will not be added to VictoryBattles until a few months after the English release for one main reason: I have no idea how rare the different Pokémon are. However, starting in RC1 you will still be able to use the Black and White sprite set and of course there are going to be some rare Black and White Pokémon added every now again before the entire set is. I plan on adding the first three starters and their evolutions in the near future, for instance.

Additionally, support has just been added for Black and White sprites in the Release Candidate. If you want to try it out, just go to your PC in the RC and change the icon of a Pokémon.

(Note that images are resized down to 80px instead of the default 96px.)

I can't see myself using those sprites. After they're resized they look horrible. Isn't there any way you can make them 96x96?

The first one. The seconds one is horrible, especially on smaller Pokémon, like it just was on my Charmander.

Figured so. It takes a bit extra processing power but I don't think it'll be a huge issue yet anyway. In any case, that look should be here to stay.

*Chuckles*. Go to the PC then "Embed on the Forums" and the image will be regenerated. If you change the links from www.victorybattles.net to rc1.victorybattles.net manually, that won't happen again.

Most of the sprites are really nice. Some look more like their Sugimori art which I like. Thanks for adding it!

Notice the "www.victrybattles"? That needs to change to "rc1.victorybattles" (the images themselves can remain, but the [url=whatever][/url] does need to change).

More Gen5 Pokémon will gradually be added as people submit the overworlds; ideally, I should be able to get two sets this week.
