For MS Paint, that's pretty decent. But if you want your art to look good, go get Paint.net or GIMP. Y'know, something that you can actually do stuff other than spriting with.

The first is my favorite. (I'm stealing it!) But the other two lack that charm.

I think you need to post the actual Pokemon you're trying to draw. I don't recognize the update Pokemon.
