After what seemed like forever, I finally gathered enough materials to have the city estate built. It's a really nice house, with a rather sizeable basement with two rooms to build systems in, a main hallway and master bedroom on the first floor, a guest bedroom and kitchen on the second and a roof deck to view the scenery.
