What was your first videogame and/or videogame system?
When I was younger I played a lot of child games on the PC (as I am sure most of us have) but my first true video game experience was with Mario Kart 64 on the N64. I still own said N64 and it still runs great to this day. I also still have that Mario Kart 64, although the cartridge label is all scratched up and the instructions are all tattered (but that just shows how much I loved them).
My first system is the same as yours: Nintendo 64. First games were Super Mario 64, Pokémon Puzzle League, and Pokémon Stadium (all within 24 hours).
The funny thing is how late I got in on owning video games: the end of 2000. What's even funnier is how I only started playing regular Pokémon games at the end of 2002.
I got my GBC/Pokemon Yellow combo pack and my N64 around the same time. If you're counting PC games, I had a lot of fun with LEGO Racers on my old nolongerexistant Windows 98.
On the N64, it came bundled with Banjo-Kazooie, an okay platformer. Fond memories of Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Toy Story 2, and Goldeneye are closely associated with it.
GBC on the other hand? I literally only had three games for it. All Pokegames. Yellow, Red, and Silver. I regret never hearing of Metroid 2.
