HTML4? HTML5? Any of the XHTML variants? Me, I write HTML5 these days, because it's what I need to get the new tags to work, like <audio>, <video>, <canvas>, and all other neat HTML5 things. Not to mention the incredibly simplistic DTD that works in everything, including IE6.
