The arena is set in a dome in a space station! The power in this dome is a little out-of-sorts, so any electric type moves have a 40% chance to increase the gravity for 2 turns, 40% chance to decrease the gravity for 2 turns, and 20% chance to not affect the gravity at all. If the gravity increases, flying types' evasiveness goes down by 2 stages. If the gravity decreases, evasiveness for flying types goes up by 2 stages

Featherstone gazed at the Snivy and thought it was his lunch at first, but then saw that it was dangerous. Featherstone started off by flying around the dome, performing quick tricks in the air and then took his aim at Xeno. At first Featherstone seemed to disappear from in front of Xeno, but then Xeno felt a strong blow to his side, and Featherstone reappeared behind him. The Snivy struggled heavily from the attack, it seemed to hit Xeno directly in his weak spot!

Xeno nonetheless shrugged off the damage and got back up, he wasn’t going to let his opponent win that easily! Xeno knew that he had to cripple his opponent before making any decisive moves. Xeno’s eyes glowed purple and a poisonous ring was sent from his arms toward the Archen. However, Featherstone saw the toxic ring coming towards him and he made a quick turn upwards before the ring reached him, avoiding the poison.

Featherstone was feeling confident having dodged the toxic ring and inflicting major damage on the Snivy. He felt as though he needed to increase his speed more, so he began making quick flying movements throughout the space dome. Archen’s movements now appeared to be a blur to the Snivy, his speed increased.

Xeno’s spirits were getting low, his first attack missed and he was already tired from the battle. Sheer willpower led him through his decisions. Xeno suddenly clasped his stomach, and he felt a little uneasy. The Snivy then expelled a fluid from its mouth and it struck Featherstone directly. At first Featherstone felt disgusted after being coated with the fluid, but then he felt his strength get stronger and he even felt less tired!

Featherstone felt as though he was on top of the world, his strength felt unhindered and his speed increased two times its normal velocity. He felt the need to gloat in front of Xeno. Flying in circles above Xeno, Featherstone showed off how much faster he was than the slow Snivy, calling Xeno a “Tirtouga”. Xeno was furious from this comparison; he became unable to think clearly and only thought about getting revenge on his opponent.

Xeno was frustrated; at first he was planning to raise his attack by dancing with imaginary swords, but he felt like stabbing Featherstone with a sword instead. He was too focused on his anger with Featherstone to dance!

Featherstone felt too relaxed to attack at this moment. He instead decided to try to poison the grass snake. A purple ring formed from the Archen’s mouth and headed toward Xeno. However, the toxic ring moved slowly and the Snivy easily dodged the poison ring.

Xeno was still furious at the Archen, his eyes became completely fixated on Featherstone. He knew that he would need to strike the Archen powerfully in order to get his revenge. Preparing his attack, Xeno’s tail began glowing a metallic silver. Xeno leaped at the Archen and slammed its head with its tail. Featherstone was hurt from the blow, but he managed to shrug off most of the damage.
