As of two days ago, January 31st, 2012, an promotional Arceus has been made available on the Pokémon Global Link, and may be unlocked by entering the password "ARCEUSVOTE" on the corresponding part of the Global Link's Promotions page. The Arceus in question is Level 100 and knows Judgement, as well 3 other moves. The promotion will run for a limited time, ending on May 1st of this year.
