Anywho im not sure if theres any nature that boost hp but there are some that boost defense and special defense. Bold or impish would be the best for defense. Bold lowers attack but raises defense and impish lowers special attack, and raises defense. Depends on if your pokemon has to keep attack or special attack.
In some cases relaxed is used to, which raised def but lowers speed. Lickilicky and steelix use this sometimes so they'll be more effective in trick room teams or to make gyro balls attack stronger.
