Can be anything and everything, as long as it isn't god-like or too overpowered. You can write how it works and what it does, stats or not if you don't want to. You can also write how it looks in action. And so that people can get some feedback, you must also comment on the above user's made-up moves. Limit of 5 per post.

Here goes :3
1: Wind Shear - Generates an orbiting field of rapidly accelerating gas that is so dense, it can shred some things like paper. Looks like a set of spinning discs of deep blue gas.
2: Spinning Funnel - When in use, a turquoise-colored field of dense energy begins a rapid rotation, carefully controlled by the user, which can accelerate to incredible speeds, creating the illusion of a "spinning top." Can also be used for throwing a target's focus off. (I was thinking about Mienshao when I came up with this :3)
3: Eject - Ejects a force from the hand (or paw) that sends a held object flying with great velocity.
4: Conic Spike - creates a metal spike (like a Beedrill) that attaches to an arm and can be used as a weapon and a shield.
5: White Noise - gathers all sound from the environment and scrambles the noises, then amplifies and plays it back at a deafening volume.
3 – teamplasma, GalliumGrant, SpikyEaredPichu96Blind Fists - Physical - Fighting - A move that deals more damage if combined with Rage. The more rage that builds, the powerful the move becomes.
Ice Wall - Status - Ice - A wall of ice develops in front of the user, protecting them from any Special attacks, and one Physical or Fire-Type attack. If the latter occurs, the shield disappears.

tornado wall - status - flying - A wall of wind encircles the user, protecting them from any projectile attacks for 2 turns.
2 – GalliumGrant, SpikyEaredPichu961. Spark Stinger - Physical - Electric - 25 PP
The user stings the foe 5 to 10 times with fangs, claws, or spikes. The more health the foe has when hit, the more chance of the foe being paralyzed.
2. Dark Charge - Special - Dark - 10 PP
The user gathers dark energy for one turn, to be fired in the next at the foe.
If this move hits, half of the opponents HP will be wiped out. If there is a critical hit,
3/4 of the users HP will be wiped out. There is a 30% chance this move will hit.
3. Life Switch - Special - Psychic - 4 PP
The user of this move switches out their percentage of remaining health with the foes.
Using this move may confuse the user with a 50% chance.
4. Psycho Scream - Special - Ghost - 25 PP
Lowers the foe's attack and defense due to fear. Causes a burst of adrenaline making
the user's attack and defense rise at the same amount the foe's stats dropped
for each stat.
5. Grand Upper - Physical - Fighting - 15 PP
The user attacks with a blazing, rage infused uppercut. The user loses a little health each use, unless the user waits a turn in between. The foe may become fatigued if hit.
