Metal is one of my favorite genres alongside electronica, I love blasting it out my speakers while my roommates are out. My favorite kinds of metal are thrash and groove metal, and I occasionally like progressive and doom metal as well.
My favorite bands at the moment:
Chimaira (thrash/groove metal)
Stam1na (Finnish thrash/progressive metal)
Mokoma (Finnish thrash)
Maj Karma (Another Finnish band that is metal only some of the time)
Fu Xi (Chinese doom metal)
A few others that aren't as significant to be mentioning at the moment.

Yeah, I like listening to songs in other languages because then the lyrics aren't distracting, but you still have the soul and emotion of a human voice.
