The picture in question was taken at my school using my DSi. It details a bag of Cheetoes Flamin' Hot Snacktastix in a C4 vending machine slot.

C4 is a plastic remote detonated explosive. Spicy foods (although these aren't that spicy) are considered explosive by some. This bag of spicy chips was labeled as C4 in the vending machine.
