How to:

1. Close Origin.
2. Download AllProxy. http://very-soft.com/product/allproxy
3. Add the proxy 180.210.207.174 with the port 8118.
4. Set that as the default proxy.
4. Open Origin and launch BF3.
5. Once you pass the release date check you close the AllProxy program and enjoy the game!
