The gravity, however, allows all Pokemon to move at the same speed regardless of their weight. Physical attacks don't deal much power here, and fast-attacks (Quick Attack, Aqua Jet, etc.) don't work. Ground-type moves affect Flying types, Psychic-types have an advantage, and Fighting-types are at a disadvantage.

Athena was at a great advantage in this arena. She was stronger than her opponents, and felt like the best there.
She closed her eyes, forming a purple aura around her. This aura made her skin secrete toxic chemicals on her and around the ground.
Using her Psychic powers, she moved the toxic chemicals towards Wynaut. The poison surrounded Nanona, working its way up her body, poisoning her.

Nanona felt sick and groggy from this toxic, but she knew she would have to prevail.
She created a small covering around her with the properties of a mirror.
This cover would reflect any special attacks back at the opponent with zero the energy and double the damage!

Kamii ran towards the snake with all her might. She intended to care the snake, rather than hurt him. She jumped up, slapping both hands in front of Excalibur, sending a shock of air that caused him to flinch.

Athena brought her stubby hands towards her head. She started concentrating her psychic energy for her next attack. Closing her eyes, she started forming a small, invisible wave in front of her.
She aimed this wave at the small Pichu, Kamii, blasting it towards him. The wave hit Kamii, knocking him back against the invisible walls of the dimension.

Nanona had a feeling that danger would soon appear. Being the Psychic type she was, she knew that she would have to heed by this warning, because it could potentially warn of something grave. She stared into the eyes of her opponents, Athena and Excalibur. She created a bond with them, causing them to faint with her if she was to faint.

Excalibur started rubbing his back and his tail, looking for something. He searched all over his body, and at last found it in his tail. He pulled out 3 green seeds from his tail. These seeds were unlike any others, and had a weird vibe to them. He ran towards Nanona, throwing the seeds at the edge of her feet. These same seeds then started to shake, almost as if there was an earthquake. Nanona stepped back in confusion, watching as small, thin roots popped out of the seeds, surrounding Wanona.

Kamii was looking at all the madness these three Pokemon were doing. She wasn't one for battles, but she knew she would have to help out her friend. She balled her hands into fists and shut her eyes tight. She was shaking as she tried to keep her hands and eyes closed.
She then started glowing a bright, bright yellow, sparks jumping off from her and dancing on the floor.
Her cheeks then grew white, and two bolts of electric energy shot out from them towards Athena.
Athena shrieked as she felt the bolts hit her back, sending sparks throughout her body, paralyzing her!
