Kyogia vs. Aquablast
Battle Style - Single Battle; 3 Pokemon each.
Disqualification Time - 7 Days
Damage Cap - 100
Restrictions - No OHKO Moves, One Chill.
Arena - The Open Plains: A wide plain. Fairly simple. To the east of the plain is a lake which boosts power of Water type Pokemon/moves in it by 1 stage. There also exist a few trees available for Flying types and Lightweight pokemon to hide in (See Bulbapedia for what pokemon count as "Lightweight"). The ground has grass growing everywhere else, which boosts Grass-type Pokemon and moves when used there, and the plains are virtually endless, so there are no particular boundaries (just don't go off too far, yeah?)
ROUND 1
Aqua, as the challenged, your pokemon first, please.
Kyogia, as the challenger, your pokemon will follow, and in the same post, you will make your commands first. If you are unsure as to how to make a command, send me a PM before doing anything.
Aqua, your moves will follow

A large gust of wind blew in and almost swept both Blaze and Marisel off their feet, but they stayed on the ground. Blaze, an experienced battler, knew this was the signal for the start of the battle and took his chance on his unsuspecting opponent. Using a special technique known to few fire types, he converted the fire on his head and tail into electricity and bolted at Marisel. She didn't notice him coming until it was too late. -zap-.
Marisel was on the ground in convulsions after having been hit by pure electricity. Blaze, on the other hand, was simply massaging a very small headache...
Accuracy Roll: 619/1000, 1-1000 hits
Result: 13 Damage to Marisel, 3 Damage to Blaze, 6 Energy from Blaze
Marisel got up, and she would have been mad if she were not completely terrified. This thing was much faster than her! She had to think of something quick. That's it! She began by clenching her body together, squeezing her eyes shut. After a moment, she opened her eyes, which were now glowing. Then she did an expertly executed backflip into the lake behind her and disappeared within it. Blaze watched and waited carefully...
Result: Chance of Marisel's next attack being critical: 1-248/1000, 3 Energy from Marisel
Splash! Blink and you miss her!
...apparently, Blaze blinked.
Marizel shot out of the water like a bullet and brought Blaze down in a cold wet tackle that completely took him off guard.
Accuracy Roll: 206/1000, 1-1000 hits, 1-248 criticals
Result: CRITICAL HIT! 13 Damage to Blaze, 4 Energy from Marisel.
To Blaze's trainer, strategy is apparently useless. The no-strategy attack strategy, however, has proved quite effective, so hey. Why not? Blaze jumped back to his feet, bounded into the air, and got his claws ready. His father was a Zangoose, and he learned a very useful move from him and was ready for the attack. Marisel had already picked up some momentum from that last attack and was somehow able to dodge the attack just in time!
Accuracy Roll: 985/1000, 1-950 hits
Result: MISS! 7 Energy from Blaze

ROUND 2
The wind has started to grow a little stronger, and it's blowing loose objects all over the place. All special attacks, as a result, will lose 25% accuracy from where it was that (That means if it is 85%, it will become 60%).
Aqua, your moves first this round.
Kyogia, you will follow.
Blaze

Status: I have failed you, father.
Health: 84
Energy: 87
Intended move: Switch to Eevee
Marisel

Status: Not as slow as you think, am I?
Health: 87
Energy: 93
Intended moveset: Double Team ~ Ice Beam
Blaze's trainer did not like where the battle was going with Blaze. As he called him back, Marisel decided to take advantage of a lack of action on the other side's part. Looking over at the small body of water, she employed her keen ability to shapeshift the water's structure. Lifting a couple globs into the air, she made them to form her own body structure, and suddenly, they took on her colors until they looked just like her! Falling out of the air, they landed right next to Marisel.
Result: Marisel now has 4 clones to work with. The chance of the opponent's first attack hitting will be quartered. If it misses, it hits a clone, causing it to disappear, from which the chances will be raised to 1/3 its original probability. If the accuracy roll exceeds the moves original accuracy, the move will miss entirely, failing to hit any clones. 5 Energy from Marisel.
Blaze sighed, disappointed in himself, as he withdrew to the sideline away from the battle. Taking his place was an Eevee, spritely as they come. He was shocked, however, to find that there he was now facing not one, but 4 Oshawott!
Result: Blaze switched for Eevee
Eevee

Status: I got your back, Blaze!
Health: 100
Energy: 100
Intended move: Ice Beam
Oh, this is going to be difficult, thought Eevee, looking at the 4 Oshawotts. His trainer reassured him that only one was real, but that did not help too much-- he still had to hit the right one. Eevee closed his eyes, focused for a moment, and prepared a unique move of his-- Shadow Ball. Once he was primed, he let out the dark orb at the cluster of Oshawott, which stayed its course despite the strong-blowing wind. 3 of the Oshawott jumped out of the way, but one was not paying attention, evidently. Marisel took the hit-- or did she? After a black cloud puffed out and disappeared, there was nothing left except a puddle of water receding into the grass-- a clone.
Accuracy Roll: 725/1000 with 1-250 hitting.
Result: MISS! 6 Energy from Eevee. Marisel has 2 clones remaining.
Marisel shuddered a moment as she saw one of her clones destroyed. Wow, that could have been me, she thought. I've got to do something about this...
While the Eevee was curiously pondering the puddle of water, Marisel took an opportunity to focus herself: Cool, calm, chilled, frozen-- that is, what she hoped that Eevee was about to be when she was finished. Her eyes glowed a brilliantly bright blue as she formed a vacuum of absolute zero just inside her mouth. Opening wide, she let loose a frosty laser at Eevee that seemed to strike him like lightning-- only there for an instant, then gone, too quick to be affected by the strong gust of wind. Eevee could not escape the hit, and feared the worst. The force of the blow was enough to knock him over, but that was about it. Realizing that he was still alive and not frozen, he got up and was ready for action.
Accuracy Roll: 302/1000, anything hits. Effect Roll: 250/1000, 1-100 freezes.
Result: 8 damage to Eevee, 8 Energy from Marisel

ROUND 3
The wind has calmed down, but strangely enough, it was been replaced by an upward temperature shift. The skies have gone cloudless, and the sun is blazing hot right now. All effects of Bright Sunlight are now in motion, and will remain so until someone causes another weather shift.
Aqua, you lead off this round

Aqua Jet ~ Double Team
This was scary. Eevee was terrified, and you can tell. He was trembling like no other. He looked at his opponent with terror. It must have been like abuse to him, really it was tragic. Would his trainer leave this poor Eevee in battle like this, he probably couldn't take it if he was left in there. Then with a swift click of his pokeball, a red laser drew back Eevee and sent out a Hydreigon.
Hydreigon has scary, big, and strong. This battle had just turned drastically.

Draco Meteor.
Marisel had been staring at Dark as if she were waiting for him to move. It was an intense stare down, who would go first. "My trainers plan will only wourk if I wait" thought Marisel. Then Dark took advantage of this and used Draco Meteor thinking it would be good timing. He threw his head up and his head started glowing. Dark opened his mouth and revealed a blowing sphere of energy growing in the opening in his mouth. He looked down one more time, then Dark whipped his head upward and sent the still growing ball into the clouds. You could hear a pop from the sky, and soon after fell 5 small balls energy. both spiraling down at the speed of light. Then as soon as I started, It hit Marisel before he could get to the water. Two other of the energy spheres smashed the clones. This was a pretty accurate attack. ![]()
(Dealt 12Damage, Cost 9 Energy)
Marisel knew that this was his time, he got to attacks in a row! What was the move he was supposed to use? Oh yeah, it was Aqua Jet! Okay, lets do this! Marisel the Oshawott surrounded his body with a whirlpool of water, swirling around and around, building power. Then all of the swirling stopped, creating power that launched hiim into the air. It was also a very fast attack. It was a hurtling him towards Dark. It wouldn't have been a weak attack but it hit him in the gut. It knocked the air out of Dark, that had to hurt.
(Dealt 2Damage, Costs 4 Energy)
WOW! That didn't do much did it? Well lets play it safe. A Double Team will definitely help. Okay, lets go! Focusing his inner energy, Marisel ran in a circle and about every second another Oshawott appeared! Until there were 5 Oshawotts total he kept running. Now okay this was good, I like this spot! Hydreigon looked at the Marisels with confusing, he scratched his head. "What was going on?" He thought, "Even MORE Oshawotts?"
(Created 4 clones, Costs 5 energy)

Notes:
Draco had a 1-90 chance out of hitting. Roll was 46
Aqua Jet IS priority 1 but, in anime it doesn't matter, and also the trainers commands say to wait first.
ROUND 3
Kyogia, you're up.
Aqua, Then you
(Even so, it is still possible to defeat Hydreigon with a basic Pokemon. You just need a strategy.)
