BattleStar vs Firo!

Battle Style - Single Battle; 2 Pokemon each.
Disqualification Time - 7 Days
Damage Cap - 100
Restrictions - No OHKO Moves, One Chill.
Arena - Town Square
The ceneter of a busy town that is always up for pokemon battles. All attacks are equal in strenghth and non are powered or lowered in power.
Ref - Open

1 - Firo, your Pokemon.
2 - BattleStar, your Pokemon and moves.
3 - Firo, your moves.

Well, it's been a lot longer than a week, and no battlers have posted actual moves, so locking this thread now.
If you both agree on returning to it, then inform me and I will unlock it.
