Oshawott use Razor Shell while Quilava use Fire Blast. Then Quilava use Flame Wheel and Oshawott use Razor Shell (again) launch your shell off the fire to make a direct hit.

Prussia, transform into Revya, and keep using Agility, in order to dodge every attack thrown at you and get quicker and quicker, then counter with Incinerate. Revya, try using Force Palm as soon as you get attacked. If you start to feel weak, use Reversal, or Detect if you think your opponents will land a very powerful hit.

Prussia - Agility-Incinerate (As a counter, after getting quicker and quicker.)
Revya - Force Palm (As a counter) -Reversal(If weak)/Detect (If a Critial Hit is gonna be landed, or if Revya is low on Energy/HP.)
