All of the VRGL gyms support Pokemon Black/White (Gen V) via Pokemon Online. At the current moment in time, the VRGL are not accepting any applications to be a Gym Leader.

Ok he got a gym league and it mainly PO and 4th Gen not 5 Gen. If you want to be a gym leader wait for a spot to be open and post in the Application Thread. Also anything about the gym league in the Support Thread in the Gym League.
Have a look at this board, which deals with what is related to the Gym League. But to answer your specific question, Gen V is already used in the current league.
