The scene is in the 1920’s where WWI ended, life’s sweet, and the mafia ruled most large cities. Yes where alcohol is illegal and speak-easies were the place to drink. Prohibition. Only one problem, the Malones and the Rachinellos are in a family war for Chicago. The police haven’t helped much and civilians are hurt. You’ve just arrived in Chicago, broke and unemployed. Side with the Malones or the Rachinellos and you get money and employment. Side with the police and you get a jail free card. Choose wisely.
