Can some one please help me with inserting trainer and pokemon sprites into a fire red rom?

Use the Nameless Sprite Editor. It works perfectly with FireRed. Though to get to the Trainer and Pokemon sprites, you'll have to load a plugin, which comes with it.

Do you also the number where the trainers start and is the backsprite and the trowing-pokeball sprites also there?

Sorry just the backsprites and can you maybe help me with inserting the sprites I tried stuff but it didn't work out..
