Pokémon Movie #13 appears like it will be based in Holland and Belgium, based on information and two photographs provided on the official movie site in Japan. The pictures below show Kunihiko Yuyama (director) and the Skinny Bridge in Amsterdam with the famous mascot, Pikachu.

Hopefully we'll get a reveal as to why Ho-oh has stalked Ash, the legendary pixies, and raikou

I hope Lugia talks like he did in Pokémon the movie 2000! I also hope Dan Green gets to voice act him again.

I doubt it will.

My guess is that if they want the newer games to sell better, they'll not want people "waiting for Gen.V", or not buying HG or SS. Therefore, I predict that in the next movie, which will be after the 13th movie has came out in America and "inspired" people to go buy HG or SS, will instead hold a glimps of gen.V, and then they'll likely stall for a while so that they can come up with a plot for gen. V as people in America finally stop buying HG/SS.

It just... makes sense economically for them to do that.

It'll be autumn 2011 by the time it gets released in that case, and that's way out of the release schedule, being 5 years after DP (2006-2011).
DP was 4 years after RS (2002-2006).
RS was 3 years after GS (1999-2002).
GS was 3 years after RG (1996-1999).

That is true, but even so, it just means that the introductions will start happening with a game instead of a movie...
