For my favourite non-Uber Legendary Trio, it's probably a draw between the Regi Trio, Beast Trio, and Musketeer Trio..
For my favourite Uber trio, it's pretty difficult, but I guess the Weather Trio (though the Titan Trio-Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, come very close as a second).
