I cannot acess the Victory Road Instant Messenger, every time I click on VRIM/Chat, it asks me if I want to save the file to my computer:

VRIM has been quite prone to crashing recently, so it's nothing out-of-the-ordinary. FreezeWarp has been working on it endlessly to try and prevent them, and in the past week it's actually become a lot more stable. This is the first time it's downloaded anything for me though (It's actually the .php file for the chat)...

But yeah, things like this do happen (You may have noticed that VR itself was down earlier), so until everything's worked out (Which could be a long, long time ) you're just going to have to put up with it.

I have no idea how it has been fixed, but you'll need to do one of the following (the last is almost guaranteed to work):
- Clear your browser's cache
- Restart your browser
- Use another browser
- Restart your computer

On the topic of VRIM being broken, it just broke in another way.
