I found this on Bulbapedia today.

My two cents: It looks like the Pokémon world has about 50% water and 50% land. America looks kinda like Australia, and apparently the Castelia City piers are visible from space.

Also: Unova looks really close to the equator, almost in the tropics. Which is weird, considering it snows nonstop during winter. :/

We don't know where the equator is on this map. It's not necessarily a straight view. Also, where are Kanto and the rest?

On the other side of the world.

Looks like Sinnoh down there on top of the bottom island. Kinda looks like an Italy boot.

I... guess that looks kinda like it, but I don't see the other regions anywhere near it.

I think the part next to what looks like Sinnoh (Continent) is where Kanto and Johto are. I mean, think about the Sinjoh ruins.

Assuming I'm looking at the right place, that looks too small to be a region, considering Unova's like, four times that size.

The can always be more to that area on ther other side of the planet...we may never be able to tell.

So, these other continents are undiscovered? I can't see the resemblance to the other ones...
