I understand this is /b/uizel, and the whole point is to spam, but at some point we all have to just sit down and say "stop ****ing saying this it's repetetive as all hell and adds nothing to the thread"
additionally, you're acting like half the threads I lock are worth keeping open, most of em are people posting a link to some other site and referencing a meme.

I understand that there's such a thing as bad spam. That's why I made "Dragiiin goes crazy" as one of /b/uizel's low points because all of his threads at the time were unfunny. But, in my honest opinion, you've been a little strict about this.

I was reading through the VRC archives and came across this. It lifted my spirits because it reminded me why ranbros exist and what continues to bond us together: original content based on both the successes and failures of each other (in the above case, how awesome Pokemon is, and how terrible we are at singing). We would never take a situation too seriously, but we'd never act like something didn't matter. The bunch of us got along and had good times, made funny things happen, and other such ********.

This really made me feel nostalgic, back to the days when I was a ranbro. It seems like I dropped out of the running as soon as every ranbro had to have Minecraft...

Some time around Bela being around I guess the site became a bit more strict. People began taking problems seriously, jokes weren't accepted in the slightest (pie's ban), and in general people were kind of pushy with each other, myself included.

Yeah. I believe his being banned hurt the rest of the site, yet really brought a sense of liberation to /b/uizel.

I notice you mention LEAF and coteup in there several times as making /b/uizel good again. Those were the times we laughed about their threads, made quotes off of their misspellings and joked about their bans, saying they deserved to come back. Nobody took them seriously, so nobody got in trouble for being sarcastic.

I know. The point is that I want them back because their fails were hilarious, and it brings a satisfaction watching a fool with bad grammar reacting to a half-serious troll. Once coteup began being serious, a lot of /b/uizel peeps felt something empty because he wasn't doing stuff like this anymore.

The reason pie has always been 100% bro is because he NEVER took things too seriously, even when the situation called for it. He's the class clown, short and sweet. Everyone loves him, no matter how annoying he gets, because no matter what he lifts spirits.

Yeah. I guess a lot of my basic mannerisms were in aspiration to him and all of his greatness. I wanted to feel close to piexing, and I guess I accomplished that, in a sense. But this past month... I've really strayed from that.

Emp, we both have been taking this WAY too seriously, and it's time to admit our faults. I've been a **** to a majority of /b/uizel regulars, and you've been a **** to me. We need to agree on one thing though; from now on, DO NOT take our problems outside of PMs.

This post has actually pretty much single-handedly ended the flame war, actually. I'll try to extend my hand towards you again, and hope that nothing bad like this happens ever again.

I propose we start /b/uizel anew in a sense. For now, I won't lock threads as "against my rules" or "not funny". I won't edit posts to be less spammy, and I won't edit thread titles with sarcastic remarks. If the bad threads die out once more, I'll continue modding this way. If they thrive, I'll figure another way out.

Yes. And I'll try to lean more towards my past mannerisms. I feel this is for the best.
