I just beat sephiroth with the kingdom key at level 81 with no accesories and i choose the worst weapon combonation at the beginning! ( choose sword drop shield )

It should. And I'm surprised this thread is more grammatically correct. But it sounds pretty hard, he's less predictable then in Kingdom Hearts 2, apparently.
