I need some help. You see, I tried to download VRC 9.5 today, but it didn't work. I mean, I got it downloaded but it won't run. Instead, it says that it's not a "valid Win23 application". Can someone help me?

Go back to the thread( http://www.victoryroad.net/showthread.php?t=1882 ) and download the .NET framework and see if that fixes it. I'd recommend getting 3.5 then if that doesn't work, retry after getting the newest version.
Are you running XP?
