Anyone in the UK will have a chance to get a Celebi, as well as a preview of Pokémon Black/White in selected GAME stores across the country on 19-20 and 26-27 of February. Ten GAME stores around the UK will host the event, and Celebi can be downloaded to any Generation IV game. The Celebi, when taken to Ilex Forest in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, will unlock an event from the past, while when it's transferred to Pokémon Black and White it will unlock an event involving Zorua.

I have got to say that the news were rather annoying and depressing. I really hopped that they would keep Celebi a WiFi event, like the beasts. However, it seems that I am not as lucky.

Well, you can always get a Celebi from someone on the forums... (which is what I'm planning to do)
