I was seeing it in gamestop, but with IGN's and GameInformer's review I'm not so sure now. (plus it's made by Square, known for making bad wii games) I heard that it only has 4 minigames and volleyball and dodgeball are useless without multiplayer. I need to know (without it just being a Mario game) if I should buy it or if this is a sports cash-in with Mario slapped on it?

Question is, are you just seeking to buy it because it has Mario on the cover, or because you're genuinely interested in these sports?

Well with 4 sports it's pacticly 4 games in one.

I suggest for you to buy it if you don't have to many Mario spinoffs but still enjoy them.

To be honest, I hate sports games. And the ad that keeps coming up on YouTube makes the hockey look pretty bad as well. The volleyball looks interesting though; seems kinda like the tennis in Wii Sports. And adding AI into dodgeball will just make it suck. I say skip it.

I have played some of the Mario spin-offs and really liked them so I will probably get it if I have enough money to after getting Pokemon White and the 3DS.

If you like the sports in the game and don't have the games, then get it unless you don't have many friends that can play along with you. Playing alone would make the experience shorter if you play only with the CPU.
