Pokémon Smash has revealed that Handsome (English Name:Looker), the officer working for the International Police, will be re-appearing in the Best Wishes series. In the screenshots shown, he is seen riding in a car with Prof. Araragi (Prof. Juniper) and Junsar (Officer Jenny). What his role in the series actually is remains to be revealed.

Well he is in the post-game for B/W, I think he gives you a fishing rod, so it's not a big surprise they brought him back.

I'm guessing this episode is going to introduce Team Plasma to the anime, considering
