I decided to go with my art into another level by starting to draw on the computer itself. Therefore, I want to buy a graphics tablet. I did search for more features to be thinking of, but Google didn't provide me with the exact information needed. What I am really asking for is features recommended to have in graphics tablet. I would really like to have them noted down before buying one.

I'd recommend that you go to Wacom.com.

They have several lines of tablets to choose from that come with different bundles of software and hardware. I think you might find what you need there.

In terms of an actual tablet, you definitely want:

  • A tablet from a trusted brand. Wacom tablets are really high-quality and not too expensive.
  • High range of pressure sensitivities. This really depends on what you're going to be doing with it. For me, I can get along fine with 512 levels of sensitivity but you might want more.
  • Real estate. For me, I currently use a small tablet that's about 6"x4" (I think), and it gets the job done for me. For you, it might be too small. You also have to take into consideration that some tablets map the surface of the tablet to areas on your desktop (if you move the pen over one area, it moves the mouse cursor to the corresponding place on your desktop), so if you have a large monitor that you're working with, you want a larger tablet to accompany it.
Hopefully that's a little helpful.

I found one today. It wasn't from Wacom but from Genius. It was $185, which I actually found quite expensive and I can't afford it right now, especially after getting my laptop two days ago. Its pressure was more than a thousand, if not two thousand actually. Its size was 8"x10", which I found quite big. It looked good and it had 27 button that allow me to quickly launch certain programs. I found its features good, but expensive. There are less expensive ones, but I found this the best out of all.
