I have a nephew who is around 6 years old and likes to play PC games. Last time I downloaded disney Cars Radiator Springs PC game which he enjoyed and was wondering any other PC game that you could recommend me that would be suitable for kids around his age?

NOTE (FromKYA):
This user had a link to a 7zip download site.
However the link on the site instead goes to a "hotbar"
download. THIS IS A SPAM USER.

NOTE: the real site for 7ZIP is 7zip.org Also I highly recommended 7zip over winrar'

Kazam was here too. : D

When I was younger I played this PC game that put you in the place of a rolly polly bug.....I forgot what it's called, if I figure it out i'll let you know.

I played...ok maybe that won't be a good choice.

But for younger kids, I could recommended any of the Roller Coaster Tycoons...
Although then again...eh, it'll work.

They're kind of old, but the Putt-Putt, Pajama Sam, and Spy Fox games were my favorites as a kid.

Minecraft is child-safe, although its netherworld is kinda scary.

I always played those educational kind of games, but kids these days aren't really in to that kind of thing... If your kid likes certain TV shows I'm sure there's some sort of PC games about them.

I'm gonna expose my little one to Warcraft the moment she becomes self-aware. But that's just me.

Honestly, I'd spring for puzzle-type/hand-eye coordination games like Tetris, Bloc Buster, and Chip's Challenge. I was eight when I first played Chip's Challenge, and made it to about level 192, at last count. Games that require a great amount of thought and planning can bring out great intellect in the long run...

As opposed to games that have a child point and click on the letter "F", which is almost obliviously apparent and flashing.

You could always be like my dad and expose his kids to Doom when they were 3...

At least one of them liked it..
(That being me)

I say.....Team Fortress 2! ...j/k But, to be serious *looks through old computer game cabinet*Hmm....you could try out Zoo Tycoon complete collection. (it's a very old game I've played 5 years non-stop and then stopped playing it due to addiction)

I'd recommend any of the Incredible Machine series games, Roller Coaster Tycoon, possibly Portal, and... that's about it.

Off-topic, but important:
No offense meant here, but now I see why so many people here fell for that fake link on Steam and got their accounts hacked. There was an obvious link to a fake download in the first post and it was still there until KYA just pointed it out to me.
