My favorite RM was Tengu Man. I believe Roll said it best in MM&B,"Just what is Tengu anyway?" His design and theme were cool, his attack style was intricate, his weapon applicable, and his voice actor was pretty decent. No wonder he appeared twice in the MM series and had 3 different themes!

Best weapon might be laser trident. Stronger than buster, although fires the same way. It's almost like Metal Blade.

Best Wily stage is a tie. But because MM10 isn't included, MM8's first wily stage is my fav. The music rocked, the boss was...challenging, and I actually like the whole "Jump! Jump!" thing.
