So yeah, that's a site where you click eggs and stuff (just skip the redirect, I'm not trying to advertise), then they hatch and you raise the Pokemon that come out of them. I've been on it since this summer, introduced via VR. Pretty fun game.


But recently I've been made aware about copyright issues, etc. The owner of the site, Kolink, has had a donating feature for a while but recently he added a sort of "membership" plan where you pay money in return for some extra help with the game itself, like free rare eggs.


What I wonder is if this whole site is against copyright rules. Pokemon's legal info is here. A dropdown thing at the bottom PF reads...

Data Crush being Kolink's whole thing.. But my question to you is, since Kolink is making money off of donations and membership on PF, does he really deserve that money? Or does Pokemon deserve it? I she doing something wrong?
