Well I personally find it great that you animated it.
The animation looks great, you animated it in a creative way and I like the little jump there.
Now for the overall sprite, it looks seriously retarded.

I don't want to sound harsh, and I can tell, that it must have been hard to create each frame. But its shading is terrible, the outlining and form of its ears look seriously wrong.
Its face looks desperate compared to its evolution. The way you melted the pink color into the yellowish color is done bad.

I guess you're a beginner, so all I can say is great job.
But next time, I suggest you take some original Pokemon sprites and do more research by zooming in. To get perfect shading, form and outlines.

I focused on the animation mainly... so yeah. The ears I think could be improved, but I did the merging og the colours best I could, and I don't see much difference with Tabunne.

The eyes are the only thing I don't really like, otherwise great. Very good job at getting the animation to look a lot like B/W's!

I really like the first one. The mouth is a bit small, but otherwise I really like it! The second one... Looks like too much of a copy.

Well, it's an evolution isn't it. Look at the Gear line... actully, I might make the clock work pokemon everyone wanted Gear ro evolve into.

Ooh, those are quite nice. I like the cute face on Taibo, and Kumigaru looks like it matches quite well.

I think Taibo is my personal favourite out of the three. It could use some improvements, but it still looks the best.
