My oddest is something that happened during a session of Madden NFL 08 on PS3. My opponent tried to pass on first down and it was ruled incomplete. You could even see the ball bouncing on the ground. It was then 2nd and 10. It brought the first half to the 2 minute warning.

After I selected my play, the ref came on the field, saying the booth challenged the catch. Play reversed. Still 2nd and 10.
