The thread says it all. My favorite would have to be Frank West, mainly for his epicness. And he's a well balanced character. My 2nd fav would have to be Viewtiful Joe.

Hmm... probably: 1. Frank West 2. Zero 3. Batsu Although, you can easily win every round by having Ryu and Frank team up and using team super moves. (Its been awhile since I've played). Edit: OMG thi5 15 my 1337 p05t.
