I used the RNG (Randon number generater) on my emerald to get a good groudon, kyogre and regice. Adamant nature Groudon has 31 ivs in atk and speed, Modest nature Kyogre has 31 ivs in sp.atk 29 ivs in speed, Calm nature Regice has 31 ivs in def. and sp.def.

Isn't RNG just as good as cheating? I mean, unless, of course, you yourself decoded the game using shinys to find the secret id, and then did it. And if your copying them, which could also be seen cheating, then why would you want stuff in the first place? Isn't that kind of selfish? I mean, if I could copy stuff, I'd give it away for free. All of it and everything. Of course, I can't copy stuff, so I don't.

What Kakashi is doing is know as RNG abusing. It isn't technically cheating because you don't need an outside source to get what you want. You are just manipulating the Random number generator to get whatever you want.

Ya and i thought as long i was doing this and cloning them, i would trade some to people that might want these pokemon or somthing you know

Judging on the Pokémon he's cloning he's likely using Emerald, too, which has a cloning glitch as well. Therefore he isn't using any outside source at all, he's simply abusing flaws in the game's programming.

Ya im cloning on emerald, I dont have a cheating device ( I wish i did that way i could get old event pokemon like deoxys or mew on there islands and also get rare candys) but sadly i dont have one so cloning is all i got.

Clone on Emerald is not cheating it is fair but I use a few times. It is riskly.
