I need help before the victini event ends. How do I access mystery gift? DO I have to be in a certain place? Please help.

You access it from the main menu, you might have to fool around a bit to find it (unless you read Japanese), but just don't give up and you'll find it and get the ticket.

I'm in Europe. Will it still work there?

Yes, Rotom, it works fine wherever you are. You access it on the main menu (Like in HG/SS, it's already unlocked), it's the third option.When you get in, choose the first option (Recieve Gift), then it'll ask you something (pick the first option), then it'll give you four more options. Choose the second one (Receive from Wi-Fi). It's pretty easy to spot the last one, since it actually says Wi-Fi. Then it'll ask if you want to connect to Wi-Fi. Top option, then wait. When it shows you the card and asks if you want to download it, click the top option. Then it'll download and you'll be able to grab it from any Pokémon Center!
