I wanted to talk about the anime and its new style. I have watched all the Best Wishes episodes so far, and I think they are quite funny. I personally like Mijumaru and Pikachu and the fight for Ash. So far the best part of that is when Mijumaru wants to battle, but then see's who his opponent is.

The reason I have dedicated a whole thread to Miju was not to say how much I like him, or how cute he is, or how beawesome (beyond awesome) he is, It is because of his personality, and how the animators use him for comedy. For instance: the above mentioned battle, funny, overrated, saw it coming a mile a way, or completely new and fresh?

Personally I thought it was funny, I lol'd pretty hard when he spun Pikachu on his belly. I didn't see it coming, thats for sure.

I personally think that Mijumaru is keeping everything together aswell in comedy the most right now but that will change later on most likely cause he'll evolve and become a beast but thats how it goes I guess..

At the beginning, when the Isshu starters were revealed, I wasn't exactly fond of Mijumaru. However, I had a completely different idea of him when I saw him in the Best Wishes episodes. He's quite funny and helps to keep things interesting, which is a big thumbs up for the animators.

I can only assume this is the otter one?

I haven't watched the Anime in a long time. A REALLY long time. However, after seeing that one clip of Mijumaru pushing Pickachu off of Ash's shoulder, I might have to consider watching a few episodes. It would probably help my drawing skills to see it from more angles than the few official pictures we have.
