From the media released so far, it looks like it will be a pretty good game, on par with New Super Mario Bros. on DS. It doesn't look like it will introduce much new content other than new levels and cooperative multiplayer.

Well, they do have a few new suits, and you can't be sure if there's more or not. We'll just have to wait until it come out somewhere.

Here's the problem I see with it though. Well, there's two problems.

1. No online multiplayer. On one hand, I could let this slide because Miyamoto has stated that online would not be a possibility. On the other hand, I'm kinda miffed because online play would be a great addition to this franchise.

2. Wario and Waluigi are forgotten. In WaluiJ's Q&A video, I asked him about it, and he said that the Wario Bros. (Waluigi in particular, of course) should be included in nearly EVERY Mario Game. Unfortunately, the Wario Bros. have been replaced by two stupid Toads.

Other than that, I think it'll be a GREAT game.

well yea but it looks pretty fun
but no multiplayer online that the only problem
in my opinoin and yoshi is BACK!

How could they forget them? They better have a real reason for not using Wario and Waluigi because if there are going to be four Mario look-alikes, they had better be the Mario Bros. and Wario Bros., not the Mario Bros. and two random Toads!

That's what I thought too. Although, one point of interest is that the two Toads are represented with colors attributed to Wario and Waluigi, to be more precise,Yellow and Purple. Since the game isn't out yet I hope they do put in the Wario Bros., because two random stand-ins is just dumb.

It looked to me that the other toad was more blue, not purple. Bowser's vomit here is purple.

Yeah, I hope Wario and Waluigi make it in because random Toads aren't exactly someone you would expect to go an an adventure. And if they do make it in then this will be the first non-spinoff game Waluigi will appear in.

This is very true. I do think that Waluigi should come out of the realm of the Spin-offs. I just think it's unlikely.

yeah wario and waluigi is forgotten (waluigi is always forgotten <_<)

i hope there is a vs with them in it but it might not happen... (if there is mini games)

It was good, multiplayer was one of the best ideas possible. Other platformers should use the idea.
Hehe, Mega man, Proto man and Bass all trying to kill wily.
